Safety Day

Welsbach's goal is to always introduce new safety policies and procedures, update employee personnel files, and promote a culture focused on safety. Our Safety Day over the past several years has featured:

• EMCOR Code of Ethics training
• Safety related demonstrations and training for both office and field employees
• Stretching exercises on the best stretching and ergonomic techniques to prevent sprains and strains
• Updating of all employee personnel files
• Demonstrations for field employees, including Fall Protection Training and Scissor Lift Training
